Major breakthrough in T700-grade carbon fiber products

Significant breakthrough in R&D of T700-grade high-performance carbon fiber products, which have reached the international advanced level.

The company’s R & D team worked around the clock, combined with the performance indicators of raw materials, through more than 20 times of process adjustment and optimization, the product performance indicators fully meet the level of T700-grade carbon fibers, the finished product rate of 100%, compared with the T700 product standards, the company independently developed the T700 product tensile strength increased by 10%, the tensile modulus increased by 15%, the product comprehensively exceeds the domestic and foreign products of the same level. Following the successful industrialization of T400-25K and T400-48K products, the company has successfully developed T700-24K high-performance carbon fiber products, which fills another product gap of high-performance fibers in Xinjiang and broadens the downstream fields, especially the application of hydrogen storage bottles and compressed natural gas bottles, to better satisfy the application needs of other industrial fields such as sports and leisure.
