The project is divided into 4 phases, with a construction period of 5 years, a total investment of 6 billion, and an area of about 860 acres. The planned production capacity of the fourth phase is 50,000 tons, and annual sales will be 7.5 billion yuan after reaching capacity. It provides R&D, production, sales and related technical services of carbon fiber raw filaments, carbon fiber carbonization, carbon fiber and composite products. After the project is completed, it will become “the largest single carbon fiber base in the world.“

Technology & Cost Advantages

February 2022 reached a cooperation agreement on "Industrialization of High Performance Carbon Fiber and Composite Materials" with Ningbo Institute of Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
April 2022 signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the State Key Laboratory of Xinjiang University to build a carbon fiber industry innovation engineering center, relying on the national experimental platform, and jointly promote the research and development of the subject.
